REINVEST
Endeavor is an organization of,
by and for entrepreneurs. They
are motivated to pay it forward,
reinvesting their financial gains,
expertise and time to support
the network's goal of long-term
sustainability and expand its
impact.
Many entrepreneurs eventually
move to the other side of the
table and become panelists at
International Selection Panels
and mentors to other founders.
The best ones often become
board members and Endeavor
Catalyst investors.
Endeavor Entrepreneurs are
expected to give the organization
an annual service fee and, in
the event of an acquisition,
are asked to donate 2 percent
of their personal equity to the
organization.
Across all of its local offices,
Endeavor has launched giveback
programs to encourage
entrepreneurs to support the
organization's work and ongoing
growth.
Martín Migoya, Guibert Englebienne, Martín
Umaran, and Néstor Nocetti founded software
solutions company Globant in the middle
of Argentina's economic depression. They
were rejected the first time they attended
an Endeavor International Selection Panel.
