17 DIEGO OLIVARES AMAYA Santander Mexico ADRIANA NÚÑEZ Santander Mexico Diego Olivares Amaya joined Santander Mexico as Director of Innovation in October 2016. In this role, he leads innovation and digital payments projects as part of the Bank's digital transformation. Prior to assuming his current responsibilities, Diego was a Consultant at PwC's Financial Services Digital practice, where he advised US and European banks on key issues such as the impact of innovations in mobile and digital technologies. He also worked at Citibank US and Citibanamex, where he led customer analytics, customer strategy and channel transformation projects. Diego holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University and a B.S. in Actuarial Studies from Universidad Anahuac Mexico Adriana Núñez is the Deputy Director of Innovation at Santander Bank. In this role she is incharge of leading projects related to data monetization, data analytics, cognitive systems, machine learning, chatbots and big data. Prior to joining Santander, she worked as the Big Data & Business Analytics Manager at a consulting firm where she was responsible for setting the design and implementation of big data & analytics projects. Adriana worked as an IT consultant for several years and was accountable for integrating business and IT solutions in multiple strategic projects, for both public and private sectors. Adriana holds postgraduate degrees in Information Technology Management from ITAM; Manager Télécom from Télécom Ecole de Management and a diploma in Big Data and Business Analytics from ITAM. MATTHEW LEVINSON FinTech Collective United States Matt is a Director on the investment team at FinTech Collective, a New York based venture capital firm focused on early-stage startups that aspire to reimagine financial services. Previously Matt co-founded and served as CFO of Aerobo, a New York-based commercial drone technology company. Matt helped build the company from an idea to over $2m in run-rate revenue. At Aerobo Matt led fundraising efforts, raising angel and seed rounds, and played a critical role in developing the company's business plan and go-to-market strategy. Prior to Aerobo, Matt worked at AEA Investors, a $10b private equity firm. Matt was integrally involved in two platform acquisitions and 12 add-on acquisitions totaling over $500m in enterprise value. Matt graduated Cum Laude with a B.A. in Sociology and Economics from Yale University. FRANCISCO JUNCO Fiinlab by Gentera Mexico Francisco is a Corporate Venture Capital Manager at Fiinlab by Gentera, the innovation laboratory of Gentera which aims to create new business models for financial inclusion. In this role, he is responsible for investing in start ups and conducting pilots between fintech startups and existing companies in Gentera's portfolio. Prior to joining Fiinlab, he was a Business Development Manager at BlueBox, a startup accelerator.
