As Google´s first LatAm General Manager, he was responsible for opening and directing the operations of the digital giant in LatAm by inaugurating the first hub in Buenos Aires. He led MercadoLibre's expansion to 7 markets in Latin America, the USA and Europe. Between 1999-2005 he led the business development division at Microsoft. In 2014, Gonzalo founded ClowderTank, the first digital transformation consultancy firm in LatAm. Most recently, he became CEO of CuentasOK, an accounting platform that allows Mexican companies to manage their financial operations in a single place. ADOLFO BABATZ Clip Mexico Adolfo is the Founder & CEO of Clip, a service that allows you to accept credit and debit card payments at any time and anywhere, converting your smartphone or tablet into a bank terminal. Prior to founding Clip, Adolfo spent 7 years at PayPal where he launched PayPal Mexico, and eventually ran customer engagement for all of Latin America. Previously, Adolfo was part of the founding team at The Carlyle Group Mexico, where he worked as an analyst. Adolfo holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management. MICHAEL CALLAS EY Global Mexico Michael Callas joins EY's Global Digital Team after being Founding Partner of East London Ventures Group and Chairman of Maîson Liberte in London, Taipei and Nairobi. Before founding East London Ventures he was Global Head of Emerging Technology for Vodafone Group, where he looked after emerging products, incubation and acceleration activities in addition to the management of the Vodafone Ventures portfolio of companies. In addition to the venture capital focused work, Michael has led product strategy and development for international banks including Banco Santander, BNP Paribas Group, Lloyds Banking Group, Barclays, and the Royal Bank of Scotland.
