7 EDUARDO GURAIEB DUEÑAS Mexican FinTech Association Mexico NALLELI GARCIA Metlife Mexico JENNIFER HALLER Scotiabank Canada CHRIS JONES Equifax United States Eduardo Guraieb holds a law degree from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM) in Mexico City. He started his professional career practicing corporate and antitrust law in a top tier Mexican firm and in 2015 he started working at Creel, García-Cuéllar, Aiza y Enríquez, S.C. as an associate in the financial services practice, specializing in technology regulation matters and capital markets transactions. Since 2017 he has served as the CEO of FinTech México, an industry association bringing together the most prominent FinTech businesses and startups in the country. Among other activities, he participated actively in the legislative process leading up to the enactment of the Mexican FinTech Law in representation of the sector's entrepreneurs. Nalleli Garcia is a Manager of Corporate Social Responsibility and MetLife Mexico Foundation. In this role, Nalleli is charged with the design and operation of financial inclusion grants to improve the quality of life for low-income individuals in the country. She is also responsible for MetLife's application for the CSR awards and annual CSR report. Prior to joining the Foundation team, Nalleli worked with MetLife's Privacy Office, where she implemented the company's first privacy notice in order to recognize people's right to decide on the access and use of their personal information. Nalleli also worked at Mexico's largest independent insurance broker, which advised international companies with local operations in Mexico on their insurance needs. Nalleli holds a Social Responsibility Diploma from Tecnologico de Monterrey and she received a B.A. in Marketing from Universidad de la Comunicacion in Mexico City. Adriana Núñez is the Deputy Director of Innovation at Santander Bank. In this role she is in charge of leading projects related to data monetization, data analytics, cognitive systems, machine learning, chatbots and big data. Prior to joining Santander, she worked as the Big Data & Business Analytics Manager at a consulting firm where she was responsible for setting the design and implementation of big data & analytics projects. Adriana worked as an IT consultant for several years and was accountable for integrating business and IT solutions in multiple strategic projects, for both, public and private sectors. Adriana holds postgraduate degrees in Information Technology Management from ITAM; Manager Télécom from Télécom Ecole de Management and a diploma in Big Data and Business Analytics from ITAM. Chris Jones is President of Equifax Latin America. He joined Equifax as Senior Vice President & Financial Officer International in October 2008 and was appointed as President for the Latin America region in March 2015. Prior to joining Equifax, Chris was Vice President and General Manager, Asia Pacific Region, at Veyance Technologies, a spin off from Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company. Before that, Chris had a successful 23-year career with Goodyear, holding numerous leadership positions, including: Managing Director, Asia Pacific Region; Finance Director, Global Engineered Products Division; Finance Director, Europe Engineered Products Division; Finance Director, Mexico Tire Division; Finance Director, Venezuela Tire Division; and Corporate Audit Manager, North America/Latin America, among others. Chris earned a BS in Accounting from Hampton University and an MBA from the University of Akron.
