Endeavor works to develop entrepreneurial ecosystems in markets where there is a critical mass of innovative entrepreneurs but a lack of resources needed to help scale businesses. Endeavor acts as a force multiplier by providing entrepreneurs access to talent, mentorship, markets, and capital through a series of customized local and global services. ENDEAVOR MODEL • Academic research has shown that fast-growing companies that scale to become large firms are among the most effective mechanisms for reducing unemployment. • A 2008 study found that the fastest-growing 2-3% of companies accounted for nearly 100% of the net new jobs in the United States between 1994 and 2006.
