3 W ELCOM E Like any high performing organization, we set ambitious targets and constantly T H I N K B I G G E R. When Edgar Bronfman, Jr. became board chair in 2010, he set a target of expanding to 25 countries by 2015. After we reached that goal, we outlined a more ambitious agenda for 2020, including a target of Endeavor Entrepreneurs creating two million jobs and achieving $20 billion in annual revenues. As we set about reaching—and surpassing—those 2020 goals, it's time to look ten years forward to 2030 and imagine what #OneEndeavor—our team, our network and our entrepreneurs— can achieve. Here's what we know about the future so far. e future will be tech enabled, no matter what industry an entrepreneur operates in. Endeavor Entrepreneurs use technological advances to improve daily living and expand access to healthcare, education, finance, transport, etc. e jobs of the future can be done anytime, anywhere and on demand. Endeavor Entrepreneurs are creating millions of those jobs through on-demand platforms, internet-enabled marketplaces and mobile technologies. e future includes smart cities. From reducing energy use in Malaysia, to dispatching ambulances in Egypt, and a shared scooter system in Mexico, Endeavor Entrepreneurs are at the forefront of making rapidly growing cities more efficient and dynamic places to live.
