CH I LE COLOM BIA ALTO GROUP, a retail-fo- cused security system company founded by Jorge Nazer, broke new ground in the company's U.S. expansion when it signed an agreement with the Los Angeles Police Department and District Attorney's Office to help fight crime in the city. CORNER SHOP, an on-de- mand grocery shopping app, was acquired by Walmart for $225 million. The deal represents the largest venture-backed exit on record for both Chile and Mexico. In 2016, Cornershop received investment from Endeavor Catalyst in their Series A round. Co-founders Daniel Undurraga and Oscar Hjertonsson will remain with the company and aim to continue to expand Cornershop throughout Latin America. BABY TUTO, an online store for parents of babies and toddlers founded by Endeavor Entrepreneurs Daniela Lorca and Desiree Grinspun, became the first brand in the nation to join the AliExpress e-com- merce empire. Babytuto's products will be available for purchase on AliExpress, and Babytuto will offer AliExpress products in the Mother & Baby category on it's website. y THE ENDE AVOR CHILE ANNUAL SUM MIT convened more than 120 entrepre- neurs, mentors, directors and friends of the Endeavor network on April 5-6, 2018, to celebrate Endeavor Chile's 20th Anniversary. Attendees reflected on Endeavor's role in developing high-impact entrepreneurship in Chile and a vision for the next 20 years. Endeavor Chile also debuted a formal Code of Ethics at the event. ACERT TA , a platform launched by Endeavor Colombia in 2017 to inspire and provide educational skill development content for entrepreneurs at various growth stages, is growing rapidly. More than 4,000 entrepreneurs have registered to view the website's videos, articles, ebooks, podcasts and more. DY NA MO, a company focused on developing and producing film content for the most important platforms and studios around the world, is positioning Colombia as a high-quality destination for international movie productions. Some of the biggest film projects, such as Mile 22 and Gemini Man, came to Colombia in 2018. CREZC A MOS , a microfinance enterprise led by Endeavor Entrepreneur Mauricio Osorio Sanchez, received funding from a private equity fund, and consoli- dated "Grupo Crezcamos," a productivity network for financial inclusion solutions. As of today, Crezcamos has allocated more than 500,000 loans to 266,000 borrowers. y OFI has focused its efforts on becoming the fastest growing Managed Service Provider in Latam. Taking advantage of its wide pen- etration in the B2B market in Colombia and Mexico, its revenue has grown 98.6% between 2016–17. OFI Founder and CEO Peter Ostroske was also awarded the 2017 Endeavor Colombia Entrepreneur of the Year award.
