With a growing new economy driven by technology, and a rapidly diversifying workforce emerging as a result, we expect the number of jobs created by Endeavor Entrepreneurs to continue increasing exponen - tially. at's why we've set an ambi- tious goal: 6 million jobs created by Endeavor Entrepreneurs by 2030. We like to say that thinking big is part of Endeavor's DNA. When Endeavor launched in 1997, we set out to prove that, given access to the right resources, any high-impact entrepreneur, anywhere, could take his or her idea big and create long-last - ing economic and cultural impact. After two decades of supporting talented founders, we've seen powerful results: Our network has grown from just a handful of entrepreneurs and offices in Latin America to 1,800 Endeavor Entrepreneurs in 33 markets, and growing, across the world. Research we conducted in developed markets, showing that high-impact entrepreneurs who scale up create the lion's share of net new jobs, has now been realized and validated by Endeavor Entrepreneurs in emerging markets.
