What is the best advice you would give to a company looking to scale? To scale with excellence you need the right people who can constantly change and improve your plan at different stages of your company's evolution. In addition, you need the right plan, processes and tools. The best companies constantly measure, change, and improve their approach to better serve their customers at every stage of growth. As your company scales, your team needs to become less dependent on individuals and more dependent on proven processes that ensure a world class customer experience as the business grows. What is the relationship between company culture and business success? It is critically important to build a mission-driven culture where people are passionate about who they are, what they do, why they do it and who they do it for. The most important part of your culture is to respect and serve your employees because it directly affects how they treat your customers. When you help your employees and customers grow, your business will follow. SEAN WOLFINGTON endeavormiami.org
