Prior to being at Leste, Bichuetti was the Global Head of Anheuser-Busch InBev Low and No Alcohol Division. What is the best advice you would give to a company looking to scale? Focus. Make sure you know why you are scaling, how you will scale, and how you will need to redirect resources for it. Stay true to your concept. More often than not, I see startups scaling at "any cost" and that usually has a negative impact to efficiency and cash, and often a branding impact as well. What is the relationship between company culture and business success? Everything. The culture drives the people and the process. It drives the company's "machine". It is the DNA. That DNA will impact how fast you can run, how high you can jump, how long you can endure effort, how happy people are. Don't underestimate it. Why did you decide to become a mentor with Endeavor Miami? There are so many bright and motivated entrepreneurs working really hard to make a difference in this world and trying to evolve the world for the better. It's really exciting and humbling to be able to be a part of their journey and to get a chance to help them in any way. What have you enjoyed the most throughout your time as a mentor? Meeting the entrepreneurs as well as hearing and feeling their stories, motivation and passion; also, helping them make a difference.
