What is the best advice you would give to a company looking to scale? Ruthless prioritization; if you don't have the feeling you left a lot of opportunities behind you are not prioritizing enough. Always have the perspective of the people you serve. Scale comes when you deliver value. What is the relationship between company culture and business success? More and more the reason why professionals, clients, partners decide for a company has to do with the company's intention. Mission- driven companies have grown a lot recently. My perspective is that we make better decisions when everyone in the company feels like they are part of something bigger. Culture is contagious, people repeat behaviors that are acceptable and rewarded. Why did you decide to become a mentor with Endeavor Miami? I believe I am exposed to so many situations representing companies as Google and FB that can help others, so I want to give back. I love to meet new people and while mentoring I am actually learning. She's responsible for the pan-regional business and the Miami operation of the company. In June of 2011 Adriana joined Facebook in the Brazil office as one of the first employees in the region. With over 15 years of experience in the media and technology business, Adriana helped educate key consumer goods companies in the region on how to better use innovation to improve their performance. Previous to Facebook, Adriana spent five years at Google as a Business Director in Brazil. She graduated with a degree in Advertising and holds an MBA from the Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing.
