What is the best advice you would give to a
company looking to scale?
Stay humble. Make sure you have excellent
product-market fit, the business model
is simple, unit economics are sound and
operations lean. Focus equally on product and
go-to-market strategy. Hire the best.

A company with great culture operates under
a set of unwritten rules that drive winning
behaviors to outsmart the competition,
innovate and attract/retain the best talent
to perpetuate a virtuous circle of accelerated
growth.
Why did you decide to become a mentor with
Endeavor Miami?
I was lucky to navigate through starting,
growing and successfully exiting a healthcare
technology company, and realized the value of
strategy, culture and education. It's my turn to
give back, and Endeavor Miami is the perfect
local and global platform.

Joe is the CEO for Chronwell, a new company
disrupting the Workers Compensation with
Artificial Intelligence to coordinate care,
improve outcomes and reduce costs. He is
founder and former CEO for gMed, which
was sold Modernizing Medicine in 2015.
He is passionate about strategy, innovation
and leadership and often helps companies
and entrepreneurs conceive new products,
motivate employees and drive change, with
