Make sure you have excellent product-market fit, the business model is simple, unit economics are sound and operations lean. Focus equally on product and go-to-market strategy. Hire the best. What is the relationship between company culture and business success? A company with great culture operates under a set of unwritten rules that drive winning behaviors to outsmart the competition, innovate and attract/retain the best talent to perpetuate a virtuous circle of accelerated growth. Why did you decide to become a mentor with Endeavor Miami? I was lucky to navigate through starting, growing and successfully exiting a healthcare technology company, and realized the value of strategy, culture and education. It's my turn to give back, and Endeavor Miami is the perfect local and global platform.
