What is the best advice you would give to a
company looking to scale?
Be a constant learner.
What is the relationship between company
culture and business success?
It's a vitally important relationship. Without a
good culture, it will be hard to succeed.
What have you enjoyed the most throughout
your time as a Board Member?
The entrepreneurs. They are who and what
I've enjoyed most during my time as a board
member.
