Barbaros Özbugutu has more than 15 years of professional experience in the global payment
and telecom segment, including Telefonica O2 and First Data. During this time, he also acted
as the Head of Sales SME of TeleCash, a subsidiary of First Data and shortly after as the VP
Sales Germany of Klarna.
At the end of 2012, Barbaros founded his own payment company in Istanbul. He now acts
as co-founder and CEO of iyzico, one of the fastest growing start-ups in Turkey. iyzico is
transforming the payment processing experience for businesses of all sizes through its bank-integrated, fraud-protected
payment platform tailored to the nuances of the Turkish market.
