3 SPEAKERS Francesco is the VP of Business Development at Angaza, and an execution-focused senior executive with nearly 20 years of experience in business growth, strategy and marketing. He has a proven track record in helping businesses grow internationally, increasing reach through strategic partnerships and driving innovation. He is VP of Business development at Angaza, helping shape the next phase of growth. Prior to Angaza, Francesco held senior positions at Skype, Ebay, Paypal and most recently Freshworks, the leading SaaS customer engagement platform. Oliver "OJ" Jay is the Head of Global Sales at Asana, a leading platform that helps teams organize and manage all of their work. Prior to Asana, OJ developed a background in finance and venture capital, and eventually joined Dropbox when it had a sales team of about 20 people. OJ scaled the team to around 100 people in North America, and after seeing revenue opportunities internationally, launced and grew sales teams across the world. OJ left Dropbox four and a half years later when it had close to 2,000 employees. Since joining Asana, OJ has seen it grow to serve more than 50,000 paying organizations and millions of users across 195 countries. Jager McConnell is the CEO of Crunchbase, the leading platform used by millions of entrepreneurs and investors looking to discover innovative companies and the people behind them. Jager joined Crunchbase as it became a venture-backed startup in enterprise data. Prior to joining Crunchbase Jager spent 11 years at Salesforce in various roles across Sales, Marketing, and Product Development. In his last role at Salesforce, Jager was VP of Product of Sales Cloud, where he oversaw the core Salesforce automation product line.
