Ashvin is the VP of Customer Success, Ops and Support at Gainsight, the leading Customer Success
Management solution. Ahsvin has 8+ years of experience in leadership roles in marketing, customer
success and business development across multiple industries; including hardware / infrastructure,
software, payments, management consulting and publishing. He currently leads the Strategic Accounts
team at Gainsight and is responsible for optimizing the customer journey and providing thought leadership
for the high-touch customer success / service industry of Gainsight's highest revenue and strategic
customers.
Jacco is the founder of Winning By Design, a firm that designs, builds and scales modern sales
organizations. The best practices developed by Winning By Design are being regarded as the emerging
gold standard for SaaS teams. Jacco also serves as a Sales Mentor Reach Capital as well as for Storm
Ventures, where he helps to accelerate the development of sales teams across their emerging SaaS and
Mobile company portfolio. In his personal life, Jacco loves to spend time with his family. He is a former
triathlete who represented the Netherlands at 2 World Championships, a sailor who won the coveted
Farallon Island race, and builder of a backyard pirate ship.
