Managing Director, Endeavor Catalyst
Allen serves as Managing Director of Endeavor Catalyst, in addition to
leading Endeavor's efforts to connect its portfolio of 700 + high-growth
companies with US-based mentors and investors. Since joining Endeavor in
2006, Allen has facilitated thousands of mentoring connections, and helped
Endeavor companies raise several billion dollars in equity capital.
A native Californian and travel enthusiast, Allen has studied, worked and
traveled in over 75 countries. A graduate of Princeton University, he has been
recognized as a Fulbright Scholar and a Kauffman Fellow. He is married and lives in Woodside, California.
Jackie Carmel is Managing Director of Endeavor Catalyst. Prior to joining
Endeavor in 2014, Jackie was at Google managing strategic partnerships
with online publishers. She started her career at J.P. Morgan in New York
City assisting U.S. companies with debt financings on the Investment Grade
Debt Capital Markets team.
Jackie grew up in Tampico, Mexico and is fluent in Spanish. She graduated
from the Huntsman Program at the University of Pennsylvania with a B.S.
in Economics and a B.A. in International Studies, minoring in French. Jackie lives in San Francisco with her
husband and two children.
