Previously, Allison was a co-founder and managing partner of Fresco Capital, a global seed fund with offices in Hong Kong, Tokyo, and Menlo Park. During her time at Fresco, Allison raised and deployed a total of $40M across 70 early stage companies in edtech, the future of work, and digital healthcare. Allison started her career on Wall Street, trading Equity Derivatives at Goldman Sachs in New York. She joined General Assembly as an early product manager, and then launched their Asia business from Hong Kong (General Assembly sold to Adecco for $413M in 2018). Allison has a B.A. in Economics with Honors, a minor in Film Studies, and a language citation in French from Harvard University. She is also an active member of the World Economic Forum Global Shaper's Community. V A L O R C A P I TA L G R O U P ANTOINE COLAÇO Antoine Colaço is a Partner with Valor Capital Group, investing in a wide variety of sectors focused on the Brazilian market. Prior to joining Valor, Antoine was at Google for 9 years serving in a wide range of capacities, including as Head of Strategy and Operations for Global Partnerships, establishing Google's India presence, launching operations in Brazil, Mexico, and Argentina, and serving as COO in LATAM and APAC regions. Prior to joining Google, Mr. Colaço held positions at Yahoo! Finance, Goldman Sachs, Development Bank of Singapore, and CSC Healthcare. Mr. Colaço received his BSE, cum laude, from Princeton University, in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering and a certificate in Public and International Affairs from the Woodrow Wilson School. He also has an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
