She delivers future-forward banking services, solutions and advice to early-stage startups. In addition, as a first point of contact with top- tier incubators and accelerators, she helps founders create strategic partnerships with those who can accelerate the way forward. Priya holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Madras, master's in international business from Queen's University, and an MBA from Cornell University. She is also a California CPA. S I L I C O N V A L L E Y B A N K ( S V B ) VERA SHOKINA Vera Shokina is a Managing Director with Silicon Valley Banks's Global Gateway group. In this role she assists international venture capital funds and global innovation companies with their US and international market expansion. Prior to joining SVB, Vera was a Partner, CFO and COO of Runa Capital, a $200M venture capital fund. She began her career with Citibank Moscow, where she managed a portfolio of loans and traded Russian equities for institutional foreign investors. Vera holds an MBA from the Moscow Finance Academy and a bachelor's degree in foreign languages from Moscow State Linguistics University.
