20 P AY P A L PETER SANBORN Peter Sanborn is a Senior Director on PayPal's Global Corporate Development and Ventures investment team and is responsible for identifying, evaluating and executing global M&A and corporate venture capital investments. At PayPal since 2014, Peter is focused on the intersection of financial services, commerce and technology. He has led or helped manage the acquisitions of Xoom, Hyperwallet, Swift Capital and Paydiant, as well as investments in Acorns (US), Toss (South Korea), Pine Labs (India), Tala (US/global) and MercadoLibre (Latin America). Prior to PayPal, Peter worked at HSBC for over nine years in Hong Kong and Mexico City. Peter enjoys working with passionate entrepreneurs and serves as an advisory board member for Village Capital's US Fintech program and as a mentor in the Endeavor network. P O I N T 7 2 V E N T U R E S ADAM CARSON Adam Carson recently joined the Point72 Ventures FinTech investing team based out of San Francisco. For the past 7 years, Adam worked at JPMorgan Chase as the Head of Digital / FinTech Strategy, Innovation and Partnerships with a focus on advising Chase's lines of business (Consumer Banking, Business Banking, Merchant Services, Card Services, Auto Lending and Home lending) and functions (Digital, Marketing, Operations, Risk and Technology) through their digital transformation. O N E P R I M E C A P I TA L RAJ GOLLAMUDI Raj Gollamudi is a Managing Partner at OnePrime Capital, an investment firm focused on growth stage technology investments. He was previously an Investment Director at Intel Capital. Before joining Intel Capital, Raj was an Investment Partner at Omidyar Network, an impact investing firm where he was responsible for technology investments in emerging markets. P AY P A L JAY GANATRA Jay Ganatra leads PayPal's venture investment efforts, where he focuses on investing in financial services and commerce enablement startups. Prior to joining PayPal, Jay led M&A at Yelp and was the GM of their Online Food Ordering business. Previously, he has been an investor at Industry Ventures, in corporate development at Sabre, and began his career in investment banking at Cogent Partners.
