She focuses her practice on advising emerging growth technology companies and venture capital firms on a variety of issues, including formation, venture capital financings, mergers & acquisitions, IPOs and other corporate and securities law matters. Pprior to joining Orrick, Christina acted as Senior Corporate Counsel to Zillow Group, Inc. She started her practice as a corporate associate in the Silicon Valley office of Gunderson, Dettmer, Stough, Villeneuvue, Franklin & Hachigian, LLP. O R R I C K , H E R R I N G T O N & S U T C L I F F E L L P MIKE SULLIVAN Mike Sullivan is a partner and head of the Corporate Group in the San Francisco office. His practice focuses on representing emerging companies, entrepreneurs and angels/venture capital funds. Mike has led hundreds of financing and M&A transactions for emerging companies in a wide variety of industries, including the software, life sciences, mobile, digital media, cleantech and food/wine/spirits sectors. Mike is a faculty member of the Practicing Law Institute's Venture Capital series, and a contributor to Venture Capital & Public Offering Negotiation (Aspen Law & Business). Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Sullivan was a partner at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP. O R R I C K , H E R R I N G T O N & S U T C L I F F E L L P NEEL LILANI Neel is the Managing Director of Orrick's global corporate development efforts for technology companies. He frequently consults with technology companies on financing and business strategy and manages Orrick's venture capital relationships. Neel is a graduate of Suffolk University Law School (JD/MBA, International Business). He lives in San Francisco with his wife, Margaret, their son, Hayes, and their two dogs, Hagrid and Chloe. In his free time, Neel enjoys hiking, skiing, cars, travel, and wine.
