7 1 Fabiana Salles out of Endeavor Brazil, Gesto is disrupting the sta- tus quo in the insurance brokerage market in Brazil with a new world insurance agent that allows large corporations to offer competitive benefits while controlling costs. Gesto has grown to encompass over two million individuals in its database and is transforming the Brazilian health market. Endeavor Catalyst participated in the company's Series B round, led by Redpoint eventures. Endeavor Catalyst also invested in WORKIT HEALTH, a healthcare company out of Endeavor Detroit that provides a 90-day virtual and in-person program for addiction recovery tailored to patient needs. e company was co-founded by Lisa McLaughlin and Robin McIntosh. Endeavor Catalyst par- ticipated in the company's Series A round, led by Sandbox Industries. Endeavor's first investment in a female-led edtech company is QUERO EDUCATION, an online marketplace for higher education that helps students choose, enroll and pay for discounted college programs in Brazil. Quero Education was co-founded by Bernardo de Padua, Lucas Gomes, and Renata Rebocho out of Endeavor Brazil. e company has more than forty million unique site visits per year and has experienced rev- enue growth from $500k to $20m over the past four years. Endeavor Catalyst participated in the company's Series A round, led by Iporanga Investments. At Endeavor Catalyst, we deeply recognize the importance of support- ing female founders.
