With over 100 investments made across 24 markets to date, Endeavor Catalyst has quickly become one of the most active global investment funds. We've come along way in seven years and are proud to share the progress we've made with all of you. Endeavor Catalyst I ("Fund I") has had five exits to date, including the recent acquisition of Cornershop by Walmart. Endeavor Catalyst II ("Fund II") has made 58 investments to date and we anticipate being fully deployed by year-end. We are now officially launching Endeavor Catalyst III ("Fund III") and are targeting $100mm with a first close in mid-2019. Below are a few notable highlights: FUND I (~$30MM TOTAL) Fund I is closed with 48 companies in its portfolio across 17 Local Offices. Of the portfolio companies, we've had five exits, five write-offs, and 15 companies that have raised follow-on rounds. Our most recent exit was announced in 2018 and is expected to close in Q2 2019: – Cornershop (Endeavor Chile / Mexico): Walmart announced its acquisition of Cornershop for $225mm in September 2018. You can read more about this on page 37. FUND II (~$80MM TOTAL) Fund II has made 58 investments to date across 22 Local Offices. Of the portfolio companies, we've had two write-offs and seven companies that have raised follow-on rounds. FUND III Fund III is targeting $100mm+. Endeavor Catalyst's rules-driven approach guarantees significant portfolio diversification in terms of sector, geography, and stage. e 165 entrepreneurs behind our portfolio companies have succeeded in raising global capital to help their companies scale, and Endeavor Catalyst often serves as an additional "seal of approval".
