Commercial Insurance seizes alternative
opportunities outside the traditional insurance
market. Its bold new approach offers clients
personalized, digital-first products designed to
insure businesses and individuals against various
types of risks. The company's efforts to date have
placed Commercial Insurance at the forefront of
technological shifts and as a first mover with a
talent for product innovation and tailored support.
HOW IT ALL STARTED
Roger explored entrepreneurship and management
from a young age. While he was still a business
student at Notre-Dame University in Lebanon, he
took on several roles in the entertainment industry
and managed a well-known restaurant in Beirut.
Upon graduating college in 2002, Roger joined
the company full-time and soon distinguished
himself on several teams. In 2010, Roger took the
role as an Assistant General Manager, with the
drive to lead the organization into the future. He
currently leads the development of the company
with new product offerings and a special focus on
geographical expansion. In order to strengthen
his leadership and gain greater perspective on his
new role, Roger enrolled in the Owner/President
Management (OPM) program at Harvard Business
School and completed the program in 2016. Roger
is also a Singularity University Alumni of 2017.
