19 19 Advisory Board Endeavor Entrepreneurs benefit from a dedicated Advisory Board composed of three to four Endeavor mentors. The mentors provide entrepreneurs with key strategic and operational support as they meet on a quarterly basis. Skill Development Workshops Ranging from public speaking to rethinking strategy, a series of workshops are held every year by Endeavor Lebanon, aiming to address challenges that Endeavor Entrepreneurs face. Customized Services Beesline/Fattal shadowing program "When Endeavor Lebanon contacted Fattal Group asking for some technical help -beefing up Beesline logistics competencies & processes- it was accepted wholeheartedly. First the two teams met to identify the gaps, then warehouse visits at both ends were organised and finally a shadowing of key functions in logistics took place at Fattal facilities.
