Chady Zein Mentor, Lebanon "I was drawn to Endeavor by a firm belief that the largest impact one can have is by helping others thrive. e excitement of participating in shaping new concepts and seeing them grow is why I stay involved today. As a mentor in the Endeavor network, I find it to be a deeply enriching experience to interact with unique people looking to make a difference. Being a mentor with Endeavor also encouraged me to transform myself from a corporate employee in a large consulting firm into an entrepreneur. With Endeavor, I feel I'm part of a movement seeking to make a serious impact on the future." Local and Global One-on-one Mentoring Endeavor staff can set up one-on-one meetings between entrepreneurs and any member of the Endeavor network for personalized and tailored mentoring sessions, both offline and online. Skill Development Workshops Ranging from public speaking to rethinking strategy, a series of workshops are held every year by Endeavor Lebanon, aiming to address challenges that Endeavor Entrepreneurs face. Customized Services Beesline/Fattal shadowing program "When Endeavor Lebanon contacted Fattal Group asking for some technical help -beefing up Beesline logistics competencies & processes- it was accepted wholeheartedly. First the two teams met to identify the gaps, then warehouse visits at both ends were organised and finally a shadowing of key functions in logistics took place at Fattal facilities. We sincerely hope this initiative was beneficial and helped Beesline achieve its growth ambitions." Caroline Fattal Board Member, Fattal Holding
