J C B N E X T CINDY KO Cindy has dedicated her career to entrepreneurship in emerging markets. She serves as an independent, non-executive director at JcbNext, and served as Venture Partner for Quona Capital, a VC fund focused on financial inclusion. She also sits on the investment committee for Patamar Capital's Investing in Women Fund. Prior to her roles in investing, Cindy was in charge of international expansion at Endeavor, establishing Endeavor's first offices in Asia, Middle East and Africa. Cindy started her career in investment banking and went on to work in microfinance in Kosovo. I F C V E N T U R E C A P I TA L STEPHANIE LAYDIER Stephanie is a Principal Investment Officer at the IFC, where she focuses on early stage/growth investments and debt financing for Fintech companies globally. Stephanie joined IFC in 2006 as an Investment Officer and has over 15 years' experience in the infrastructures and TMT sectors in Africa, Asia, Middle East and Latin America. Before joining IFC, Stephanie worked with Proparco, the French Investment Corporation, on debt and equity transactions in the telecoms, power, transport and water sector in Africa and East Asia. Stephanie has a Master degree in Economics and a Master degree in Finance from the Centre for Studies and Research in International Development (CERDI) in France.
