She has over 25 years of banking experience with Standard Chartered Bank (SCB) and Citibank in global leadership roles in digital banking, risk management, operations, digital banking, and audit. Anju is a member of the World Economic Forum (WEF) Fintech Steering Committee on "Disruptive Innovation in Financial Services", a Fullbright Fellow, and distinguished thought leader in the financial inclusion space. She is an alumnus of IIT Delhi and IIM Bangalore. D A S H V E N T U R E S OMAR J. SATI Omar J. Sati is Managing Director at DASH Ventures, which he helped establish in 2011. Omar has been integral in supporting Jordan's startup ecosystem since its early days and remains a driving force behind the development of the region's most cutting-edge tech companies. He currently serves as mentor and advisor to early stage startups and sits on the board of several fast-growing ventures, leveraging his 18+ years of international investment experience. Omar holds an MBA with distinction from Cass Business School and a Bachelors in Finance and Management from Tulane University. C I S C O I N V E S T M E N T S RAJIV MENON Rajiv is the Head of Cisco Investments and M&A for Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ), where he leads an experienced team investing actively in a variety of strategic and thematic areas across Security, IOT, Storage, Connected Mobility, Collaboration, AI, Silicon as well as Country specific themes both directly and via LP positions. Rajiv and his team are also responsible for originating and executing M&A transactions and Joint Venture partnerships across Asia Pacific & Japan. Rajiv has 23 years of experience in credit structuring, term lending, trade finance, venture lending, venture investing and M&A. Prior to joining Cisco, he co-founded Captive Finance Corporation that operated as an independent company for 6 years before being acquired by Fortis Bank. C I S C O I N V E S T M E N T S JAVIER NG Javier joined Cisco Investments in 2018 and focuses on investments and acquisitions in the Asia Pacific and Japan region. Before joining Cisco, he worked at Enterprise Singapore, a Singapore economic statutory board where he helped Singapore companies with their inorganic growth strategies including acquisitions. He earned a BBA from Nanyang Technological University.
