E V G R O W T H ADRIEL CHUA Adriel Chua is on the investment team at EV Growth, where he focuses on growth-stage investments throughout Southeast Asia with particular focus on the Indonesia market. Prior to joining EV Growth, he was on the investment team at Amasia. Adriel graduated Magna Cum Laude from Singapore Management University with a BS in business management, finance, and psychology. E N D E A V O R M E N T O R LAM NGUYEN-PHUONG Lam Nguyen-Phuong retired as Co-founder and Senior Managing Partner of the Private Markets division of Capital Group in 2018. He served as Chief Investment Officer from 1992 to 2016, when he oversaw the recruitment of nearly 30 investment professionals and the making of over 80 Private Equity investments totalling over USD $5b USD in emerging markets around the world, from Asia to Latin America, Eastern Europe, and Africa. Prior to Capital Group, Lam co-founded Ermgassen & Co. Ltd., a London-based M&A advisory firm. Before that he spent 10 years with JP Morgan & Co in New York, Brussels and London. Lam earned a Diplôme d´Ingénieur from the École Centrale (Paris, France), and an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business. He is an active Endeavor Mentor through Endeavor Malaysia. F A C E B O O K ALICE WEI Alice works with Facebook's Startup and Developer Programs in the APAC region. The goal of the department is to foster partnerships between Facebook and the APAC tech community, to enable startups and developers to build and scale their products and companies. Prior to Facebook, Alice founded a clothing company, Zest & Zen, and worked in Strategy and Planning for Southeast Asia at Syngenta. Alice holds a Bachelor's from The University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
