activities in China and Southeast Asia. Prior to joining Cathay in 2016, Nicolas was a Venture
Partner at Iris Capital, a global venture capital investor sponsored by Orange and Publicis, in
charge of the fund's investments in China.

Yukano Nishijima is an Investment Manager at BEENEXT, where she focuses on an early stage
investments in India. Prior to BEENEXT, she worked as part of the investment team at BEENOS,
an E-commerce company in Japan. Yukano was born and grew up in Japan, and graduated from
Bangalore University in India.
