16 SPEAKERS A N T F I N A N C I A L ANDREW ZHENG Associate Director, International Investments Andrew Zheng is an Associate Director in Ant Financial's International Investments team. His current role is focused on developing Ant's international strategy and business through investments and strategic partnerships. In his 2 years at Ant, Andrew has overseen Ant Financial's partnership with Paytm in India and its investment in Stone in Brazil. Prior to joining Ant Financial, Andrew worked in Morgan Stanley's M&A team in Hong Kong. There he worked closely with the Alibaba ecosystem, including on Alibaba Group's IPO, Alibaba Group's acquisition of Youku Tudou, and Cainiao's private placement. Andrew is a graduate of Georgetown University. A L I B A B A G R O U P BRIAN A . WONG Vice President, Global Initiatives Brian A. Wong is Vice President of Global Initiatives, and a member of the Academic Council of the Alibaba Group. His present scope of work is focused on developing capacity building programs for governments, entrepreneurs and universities to demonstrate how ecommerce and the digital economy can promote inclusive development in emerging markets. During his fifteen year tenure with the firm, Brian served as the Executive Director of the Alibaba Global Leadership Academy, Special Assistant to the Chairman for international affairs, led the company's global sales, business development and marketing operations, and spearheaded Alibaba.com's international expansion by setting up new operations and partnerships in the US, India, SE Asia, Europe, Middle East and Latin America. Brian originally joined the company as its 52nd employee. Brian is a graduate of Swarthmore College, the Hopkins (SAIS)-Nanjing Center and the Wharton School. B I N A N C E WEI ZHOU CFO Wei Zhou serves as CFO at Binance. Wei brings over 15 years of executive experience in leading technology, internet and media companies, where he has built up particular expertise in financial management and accounting, capital markets and investments, and scaling business operations in China and the U.S. Previously, Wei served as CFO of Zhaopin.com and Charm Communications, where he led his team through IPO listings on the NYSE and NASDAQ. In addition, he orchestrated the landmark acquisition of Grindr, the world's leading LGBTQ+ social networking platform, where he currently serves as the Vice Chairman. Wei started his career at Goldman Sachs Hong Kong in Investment Banking and later moved to its Asian Special Situations Group. Wei graduated from Harvard University with a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and East Asian studies.
