19 O N E C O N N E C T DAI KE Chief Strategy Officer Mr. Dai previously worked for world-renowned consulting companies like Accenture, IBM, and Roland Berger. At Roland Berger, he served as the global partner and financial services head. He has helped develop business strategies for dozens of banks, securities, investment, insurance, asset management and consumer finance companies in China, Southeast Asia and Europe, with extensive experience in the fields of financial technology, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity investment. As a member of an external think tank, he has assisted the Insurance Association of China, the Shanghai Financial Association, the Beijing Financial Services Bureau and other regulators in establishing industry standards and policies. Mr. Dai received a bachelor's degree in computer science from the National University of Singapore and an MBA degree from the University of Oxford. O N T O L O G Y JUN LI Founder & Chief Architect Jun is the founder of Ontology and co-founder of Onchain, with 16+ years of experience in IT and fintech. Li previously provided technical architecture, management, and planning support for top international IT firms and major Chinese financial exchanges such as Infosys and China Financial Futures Exchange. Li graduated from University of Oregon with a Bachelor's in Computer Science, and from Alliance Manchester with a Master's in Communication Engineering, MBA, and PMP. P I N G A N YI LIU Managing Director Yi Liu is Managing Director of Ping An Global Voyager Fund, Ping An's $1bn corporate venture capital vehicle. The unit focuses on fintech and digital health venture investments outside China. Prior to his current appointment, Liu was deputy head and senior actuary of Ping An for two years, involved in insurance-related accounting and regulatory solvency policies. Before joining Ping An, Liu worked at Legal & General Investment Management in London, managing various multi-asset funds and pension solutions. He earned his PhD in biomedical engineering at University of Southampton. He is a Society of Actuaries fellow and a chartered financial analyst. He is also a member of China's Thousand Talents Plan – a recruiting program that attracts both Chinese and foreign experts in scientific research, innovation and entrepreneurship who are based outside China. P I N G P O N G F I N A N C I A L NING WANG Chief Business Officer Ning Wang serves as the Chief Business Officer at PingPong Global Solutions. Ning is responsible for financial planning, business strategy and partnership development outside of China. Previously, he served as Head of Business Development for Alipay U.S. and Head of Finance for PayPal China. Ning holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
