20 P I N T E C LEI SHEN Vice President of Partnerships Lei Shen has over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, serving in both large institutions and start-up organizations. His areas of expertise include product development, marketing and partnership development. Lei previously worked as a product manager at Capital One, Vice President of Commercial Banking at HSBC China, and was the Co-founder and Chief Marketing Officer at Huasheng Finance. Mr. Shen holds an MBA from the State University of New York at Albany, as well as a Bachelor's degree from Nankai University, China. Q F P AY TIM LEE Founder and CEO Tim Lee, Founder and CEO of QFPay, was named by the US magazine Fast Company as one of "The 100 Most Creative Leaders in China" and was named by Fortune China as one of the "Top 40 Under 40" entrepreneurs. He also obtained the Distinguished Alumni Award by the Faculty of Engineering, CUHK in 2017. In 4 years, Tim led QFPay from a staff of 3 into a team of 500. In a rapidly changing era of mobile internet, Tim helped millions of online and offline small and medium-sized businesses stepping into Internet+, with completion of over 60 billion transactions. P I N T E C GAO JUN Vice President Mr. Gao Jun serves as Vice President of Pintec, where he is esponsible for corporate branding and public relations. He has over 16 years of experience in corporate branding, media relations and marketing. Prior to joining Pintec in 2015, Mr. Gao worked as an associate director at Tencent from 2009 to 2015 and an editor-in-chief at Sina from 2003 to 2008. He holds a bachelors' degree in administration from Central University of Finance and Economics and a masters' degree in law from Peking University. S V B A S I A DAVE JONES President, SVB Asia David A. Jones is the President of SVB Asia. As President of SVB Asia, Dave is responsible for SVB's Asian business, including the China joint venture bank, SPD Silicon Valley Bank. The Asian business includes extensive and expanding relationships with many of Asia's dominate venture capital and private equity firms, as well as local Chinese innovation companies. Prior to moving to Shanghai in August of 2013, Dave had been with Silicon Valley Bank for sixteen years. In 1997, Dave joined SVB as the Chief Credit Officer, and remained in that role until his departure to China. Before joining SVB, Dave was with Wells Fargo Bank. Dave holds a master's degree in business administration from Oklahoma City University and a bachelor of science degree in finance from Oklahoma State University.
