// Endeavor Miami Impact Report 2019 Entic, founded by Carlos Diaz and Manuel Rosendo, is a cloud-based analytics company enabling customers to tackle energy efficiency challenges within commercial real estate. Its SaaS based technology leverages "Internet-of-Things" devices throughout buildings that are emitting more data than ever before. The company's customers are able to access advanced analytics which deliver real-time actionable insight into a building's performance, energy efficiency and ultimately generate significant savings through reduced energy consumption. Prior to its merger, Entic (now Acquicore), was one of the pioneers in the "PropTech" space when it came to energy efficiency technology. As Blackstone's first early stage technology investment, Entic helped Blackstone lead the charge in what has emerged as large private equity groups with a large portfolio of real estate assets making technology investments to help drive asset value. Hilton Worldwide has been leading the charge in hospitality by rolling out the Entic solution across it's managed portfolio. In close to 30 of the most iconic hotels such as the Diplomat Resort, Palmer House and Hilton Midtown NYC, Hilton has been able to reduce electrical consumption by about 10% across the portfolio. Other notable hospitality brands have taken note of the impact and are now working with Entic to roll out the solution portfolio wide. Entic has demonstrated on average an 8%-12% energy reduction across facilities and portfolios, translating into meaningful, perpetual value creation." Carlos Diaz, Co-founder & CEO Fastmind, co-founded by Jorge and Eddy Prado, is a marketing platform that helps large enterprises improve their digital ads conversion up to three times.
