// Endeavor Miami Impact Report 2019 Endeavor Outliers is an intimate, peer-to-peer program organized for an annually selected class of Endeavor Entrepreneurs leading the fastest growing companies in Endeavor's active portfolio, along with alumni of the most successfully exited Endeavor companies. Endeavor Outliers are the top 5% of entrepreneurs in the Endeavor network who are leading a company through extraordinary and consistent growth and will become the biggest bubbles in their ecosystem. The Endeavor Outliers Event offers those Endeavor Entrepreneurs tailored experiences, including intimate gatherings with today's top CEOs, and guided peer-to-peer conversations curated around company stage, industry outlook, leadership, and functional challenges, all designed to inspire, connect, and provide a platform for getting support from both peers and experts. Endeavor Outliers was launched out of the recognition that even within a community of founders that have reached scale, like Endeavor's, challenges and support needs differ based on factors such as the speed or stage of growth. Endeavor Outliers has the goal of continuing to push all Endeavor Entrepreneurs, regardless of stage, to strive for more. In its second year, the Outlier Event took place on May 3rd and 4th in San Francisco, CA, and hosted over 30 companies from 19 growth markets. Three of these companies represented Miami: PINCHO, NovoPayment and Nearpod NovoPayment is a Banking- as-a-Service (Baas) solution provider, enabling innovative financial service use cases for a diverse set of customers across the Americas through a single multi-country, multi- currency platform. The company joined the Endeavor Miami portfolio in 2014. PINCHO is an affordable, fast- casual concept specializing in fresh, all-natural and antibiotic- free burgers and kebabs. By deliciously combining East- meets-West food with a Latin flavor, PINCHO has grown to 12 locations since its inception and is planning to double the number of stores by 2020. PINCHO joined the Endeavor Miami portfolio in 2016. While the proliferation of smart devices has opened the door for tech-enabled learning, teachers are struggling to effectively use technology to teach. Nearpod eliminates this problem through its classroom engagement platform that enables teachers to create, download and implement interactive lesson plans across synchronized devices in the classroom. With its 1-to-1 device Endeavor Outliers Leading through extraordinary and consistent growth
