5 SESSION LEADS PUNIT AGGARWAL Punit Aggarwal is an Advisor at the Founder Bay™ organization which provides a suite of leadership development services. A trusted CEO coach, Punit offers a unique perspective developed via insights from 10,000+ coaching conversations and from working with CEOs/ Entrepreneurs in Silicon Valley, Europe, and Emerging Markets combined with coaching acquired founders at Google. Recently, Punit was Head of Entrepreneur Development at Google where he coached acquired founders, developed leadership talent and taught courses to enhance executive presence, wellbeing and emotional intelligence. Previously, he led Google's global team of 20+ leadership talent acquisition professionals. Earlier in his career, Punit was an Executive Search Consultant at Korn Ferry, where he focused on senior- level executive talent for global technology companies. Prior to that, he was a Management Consultant at Deloitte where he focused on strategy and operations across a wide array of industries including technology, media and telecommunications. An experienced speaker, Punit has addressed Oxford University, Stanford University, Berkeley University and numerous private CEO audiences. Punit holds a BA in Economics with honors from the University of Manchester and an MBA from the University of Southern California. He has served on the corporate advisory board for the Center for Management Communication at the University of Southern California. A London native, he and his wife reside in Northern California. JERRY COLONNA Jerry Colonna is the CEO and cofounder of Reboot.io, an executive coaching and leadership development firm dedicated to the notion that better humans make better leaders. For nearly 20 years, he has used the knowledge gained as an investor, an executive, and a board member for more than 100 organizations to help entrepreneurs and others to lead with humanity, resilience, and equanimity. Prior to his career as a coach, he was a partner with JPMorgan Partners (JPMP), the private equity arm of JP Morgan Chase. Previously, he led New York City- based Flatiron Partners, which he founded in 1996 with partner, Fred Wilson. Flatiron became one of the nation's most successful, early-stage investment programs. His first leadership position, at age 25, was editor-in-chief of InformationWeek magazine. Jerry lives in Boulder, Colorado. BRAD FELD Brad has been an early stage investor and entrepreneur since 1987. Prior to co-founding Foundry Group, he co-founded Mobius Venture Capital and, prior to that, founded Intensity Ventures. Brad is also a co-founder of Techstars. Brad is a writer and speaker on the topics of venture capital investing and entrepreneurship. He's written a number of books as part of the Startup Revolution series and writes the blogs Feld Thoughts and Venture Deals. Brad holds Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Management Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Brad is also an art collector and long-distance runner. He has completed 25 marathons as part of his mission to finish a marathon in each of the 50 states.
