4 G E N E R A L AT L A N T I C MARTIN ESCOBARI Martín Escobari is Co-President, Managing Director and Head of General Atlantic's business in Latin America. Martín is Chairman of the firm's Investment Committee and also serves on the Management and Portfolio Committees. Before joining General Atlantic in 2012, Martín was a Managing Director at Advent International where he focused on the financial services sector. Prior to that, he was Co-Founder and CFO of Submarino.com, a leading Brazilian online retailer that went public on the Bovespa and was sold to Lojas Americanas in 2006. Martin started his career as a management consultant at The Boston Consulting Group. F T V C A P I TA L MA X PENN Prior to joining FTV, Max was an investment banking analyst in the mergers and acquisitions group at RBC, executing transactions across a variety of sectors with a focus on technology M&A. Max graduated with high distinction from the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business, receiving his BBA with a concentration in finance. G E N E R A L C ATA LY S T JEREMY GOLDSTEIN Jeremy is a Partner in General Catalyst's New York office, where he helps to lead their growth equity efforts. He focuses on growth-stage investments in enterprise software, healthcare, security, and financial services. Jeremy started his career at Bain & Company in New York, after which he joined LOLA. Jeremy also spent time on the search & selection team at Endeavor Argentina. Jeremy graduated with distinction from Yale University with his B.A. in History. G R E E N O A K S C A P I TA L BOB SCULLY Bob Scully is a principal at Greenoaks Capital, which makes concentrated, long-term investments in great technology enabled businesses globally, including companies such as Robinhood, Stripe, Brex, Discord and Clover Health in the US, Deliveroo and Casavo in Europe, Coupang in South Korea, and Oyo Rooms in India. Prior to Greenoaks, Bob was at Google and Goldman Sachs.
