We also plan to launch Chile and Colombia later this year. We know Social Networks may be global, but marketing execution is Local. - We want to enter the Brazilean market fast, now that there are few players, and even fewer with PMD Status with Facebook. - The rest of Latin America is the low hanging fruit we believe we can get pretty fast. The Product It's a SaaS Social Marketing Platform in the form of Turn-Key Facebook Applications you can have up & running in minutes on your Facebook Page. We are expanding our market by offering new solutions, we are about to launch Publishing (or Community Management) Tools, Social Analytics Tools, and the biggest of all the opportunities: we are getting into Social Advertising. Business Model We sign yearly contracts with our clients, who pay a monthly fee to have access to our platform. We are mainly a technology company, and our software is sold in an Enterprise Software as a Service sales model, where we host the solution and the client uses our services through a web interface.
