Product: We implement social dynamics to facilitate and broadcast activities among friends and other people nearby with common interests. Business  Model: the app is free for end users. We charge retailers per each geo-located ad delivered. Ads are filtered to users by context and interest, through our proprietary personal recommendation algorithms. We'll deliver ads with a layer of psychographic knowledge, which will tend to give higher conversion rates than geo-fence ads (mostly based on demographics), increasing impulse purchases with fewer messages and less intrusiveness. Initial retailers will be acquired through strategic partners. The platform is self-serviced (like Google Ads) and other customers can naturally follow when the first success cases start to appear. Market  Size: We target an initial market of 49 million young Brazilians, which spend U$ 16 B /year and have an experimentation rate of more than 80% (good to our contextual recommendations). The primary target will be the 1.1 million college students (20% of the college population in Brazil) to which our partner B2 Agencia has direct access. From there, our goal is Telefonica's 300 million global mobile user base. Strategic  Partners  for  Distribution  and  Retailers: B2 Agencia (biggest College ad agency in Brazil; direct contact to 1.1 million students; contacts with major brands), SEBRAE (biggest entrepreneurship promoter in Brazil; contact with small retailers), Terra Networks (100 million monthly visitors), Telefonica (300 million mobile users), Vortigo (joint-venture on a B2B geofence-based product; contacts with brands and retailers) Traction: In public alpha since Jan/2013, with 3.4k users (no ads). Conversion rates of our social dynamics: 40% of people who set Activities receive an invitation; 20% of who sent a Wink, have found a match.
