Later that year, he was selected as an Endeavor Entrepreneur; in 2006 he was named as one of the 100 most outstanding personalities of the last decade in Argentina in the area of Institutions, Communities and Businesses; and in 2008 he received Argentina's prestigious Konex Award - Diploma of Merit - Category Innovative Entrepreneur. Marcos is a board member of Endeavor Argentina. He is also a board member at Stanford Graduate School of Business. In 2010 Fortune Magazine included Marcos's in the list of the hottest young business leaders on the planet (Ranking Fortune 40 under 40). DANGREEN United States Shareholder | Greenberg Traurig Dan focuses his practice on assisting private and public companies with general corporate and transactional matters, including venture capital financings, tax structuring, public offerings, and mergers and acquisitions. Dan is fluent in Spanish, and has broad experience representing tech companies and venture capitalists from Silicon Valley and Latin America. Dan is the co-author of "Five Compensation-Related Mistakes Startups Make (And Should Avoid)," which appeared in VentureBeat, February 2010. Dan speaks regularly at Latin American technology and entrepreneur focused events and was a panelist at the Colombia 3.0 conference in October 2012. MARTINMIGOYA Argentina Co-Founder & CEO | Globant Martín has extensive experience in business management, sales and marketing. As Globant CEO, Martín's focus is to drive revenue, objectives and profitability. He oversees the company's long-term goals, planning and analysis. Under his direction, the company has had a growth rate of 100% per year: currently it employs 3,200 professionals. During this period, Globant has been recognized by prestigious institutions like MIT. Martin was awarded with the Konex Award as the Innovative Executive of 2008. In 2013, E&Y in Argentina awarded him with the 2013 Master Entrepreneur of the Year Award. DIEGONORIEGA Argentina Founder | SegundoHogar.com Diego is a serial entrepreneur who has founded and invested in numerous companies, including Grupo-e, a digital marketing company focused on tourism and tourism-related portal providers. While CEO of Grupo-e, Diego was selected as an Endeavor Entrepreneur in 2009. Diego also founded alaMaula.com, a network of portals for online classifieds that he sold to eBay in May 2011. Today, Diego is General Manager of eBay Classifieds for Latin America. Most recently, Diego founded SegundoHogar.com, a platform for temporary home rentals in Latin America. Diego has served as a Director for Endeavor Córdoba since 2011 and for Endeavor NOA (in the Argentine Northwest) since its launch in March 2012. 5
