TRACY ISACKE United States Director of Investments & Business Development | Telefónica Digital Tracy is Telefónica Digital's Director of Investments and Business Development, focusing on Silicon Valley, Israel and Europe, with teams based in Mountain View, Madrid, London and Tel Aviv. She recently led on the acquisition of San Francisco based TokBox and investments in Joyent, Boku, Addfleet and Everything.me. Tracy joined Telefónica in 2006 as the head of the Enterprise Sales Team for O2 UK, quickly winning a number of major accounts and significantly reducing churn by focusing on customer satisfaction. This success led to her promotion to the head of New Business Development at O2, where she led on Telefónica's $207m acquisition of Jajah, the Valley-based VOIP/IP Telephony company. Christian helped lead Accel's investments in and ongoing work with Airwatch, Code42, HasOffers, and Plex Systems. Prior to Accel, Christian was an Associate at AEA Investors in New York, where he evaluated and executed investments in technology-enabled services, distribution, consumer, healthcare, defense, and industrial companies. Christian previously worked at Aetos Capital and Merrill Lynch, both in New York. Christian holds an MBA from Stanford where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar and a BA from Yale. MICHAEL KAHN United States Partner | Valiant Capital Michael is a Partner at Valiant Capital, a global investment firm based in San Francisco, California. Valiant manages approximately $3 billion of investments in private and publicly traded companies. At Valiant, Michael focuses on growth businesses in technology, software and services and serves on the board of Bomi Mexico, a specialized third-party logistics company.
