NIKHIL KALGHATGI United States Principal | Softbank Capital Nikhil Kalghatgi is a recovering engineer and 2x entrepreneur investing in early stage startups via SoftBank Capital. Nikhil invested in 45+ companies in ecommerce, mobile and content, including GSI Commerce, Gilt Groupe, Buddy Media, Buzzfeed, Criteo, and younger companies like Moat, RapGenius, NowThisNews, and FlightCar. Nikhil founded Partner6 hedge fund, launched mobile analytics provider Localytics, worked in the military intelligence, is a UX designer by trade, and is an alum from Harvard Business School. PUEO KEFFER United States Partner | Redpoint Ventures Pueo is a Partner with Redpoint Ventures where he helps lead the firm's growth equity practice and focuses on opportunities in software, internet, digital media and mobile on a global basis. Pueo led or co-led the firm's investments in Open English, Kabam, Just-Eat, 55social and Viajanet. Pueo was involved with the firm's investments in Sonos, Pocket Gems, Tantalus Systems, NextG Networks (recently acquired by Crown Castle) and HomeAway. Pueo has worked in the technology group of TA Associates, a $18 billion growth equity and buyout firm and as a Financial Analyst for Goldman Sachs & Co. in the Investment Management Division. Pueo holds a B.A. in Economics with honors from Stanford University. AMY KLEMENT United States Partner | Omidyar Network Amy leads several of the firm's initiatives that create opportunity for millions of people living at the base of the pyramid. Focusing on Education, Entrepreneurship, Financial Inclusion, Property Rights and Consumer Internet and Mobile, her team concentrates their investments in Sub-Saharan Africa and Latin America. Amy has spent much of her career at eBay, Inc., joining PayPal as one of its earliest employees in 1999. Amy was involved with both Kiva and MicroPlace at the start-up stage, which fueled her passion for the microfinance sector. Earlier in her career, Amy worked in corporate strategy and development at Gap Inc. and as an analyst at JPMorgan & Co. Amy serves on the boards of Kiva, Living Goods, and Micel. ETTORE LEALE United States Managing Partner | Xplorer Capital Ettore is a founding managing partner at Xplorer Capital, a growth equity firm dedicated to investing in online media and internet enabled businesses across Emerging Markets. Ettore has twenty years of direct investing and operational experience, thirteen years of which have been in the technology and online media industry. Previously he built and managed Yahoo's search marketing business in sixteen countries across the Emerging Markets. In this capacity Ettore formulated and executed overall growth strategies for Yahoo's fastest growing markets which included numerous acquisitions and minority investments in Latin America, Southeast Asia, Eastern Europe, India, Middle East and Africa. 12
