Neal is Managing Partner of woven(fund), a venture capital firm focused on early stage
investments in companies with positive economic or social impact. Neal has eight years of
investment management and business development experience at firms such as Lehman
Brothers and AlphaBet Management, a global multi-strategy hedge fund. He is on the
Board of Directors of Hope for New York and previously served on the Board of Restore
NYC and advised Isaac Slade of The Fray on his philanthropic efforts. He loves to travel,
especially to Asia and Africa, and lives to fight social injustice in all forms. Neal has a B.S.
in Electrical Engineering from Duke University.

he was founder, Chairman & CEO of enCommerce, co-CEO & President of Entrust (ENTU) and
Chairman & CEO of Thor Technologies, and held senior management positions at Oracle and
Apple. He was an angel investor in Securent (acquired by Cisco) and Apigee.
