He has nearly 19 years of experience in technology ecosystem of Turkey, including 13 years at Turkcell. At Turkcell, he established and lead numerous key initiatives influencing Turkcell's entire non-voice VAS (Value Added Services) lineup as the Chief Product/New Technology Businesses Officer. In this role, he and his team have effectively developed an innovation ecosystem of 350 technology startups around Turkcell. Over the past 10 years, Nick has invested in a number of category-leading internet and software companies including the Gilt Groupe, Care.com, Intent Media, TheLadders.com, Conductor, JBoss and OatSystems. Before Venrock, Nick was a General Partner at Matrix Partners and worked at McKinsey & Co. and in the High Technology Investment Banking Group at Goldman Sachs & Co.
