Jennifer Waldo has held HR leadership roles in both GE Aviation and GE Software, and will discuss talent management both strategically – as a competitive business advantage – and tactically (including steps to improve your own company's talent management process). JENNIFER WALDO is senior human resources manager (HRM) for GE Software. She partners with the GE businesses to build GE Software's talent and organization capability. Before her current position, Ms. Waldo served as the organization and executive development leader for GE Aviation. Ms. Waldo joined GE in 2001 on the Human Resources Leadership Program, where she completed assignments in Union Relations in Lynn, Massachusetts and Corporate Union Relations in Fairfield, Connecticut, preparing and contributing to the 2003 national agreements. Ms. Waldo earned her bachelor's degree in political philosophy and her master's degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations from Michigan State University. 15
