The Endeavor family mourns the loss of
Endeavor Indonesia Managing Director,
Wayah Wiroto. Wayah joined Endeavor in
April of 2019, following a corporate career
at GE. He took the helm of our Indonesia
office at a time of explosive growth in the
country's entrepreneurial ecosystem, and
was tasked with taking Endeavor to the
next level there.
Wayah embraced our GO BIG value
with vigor.
Under his leadership, he transformed
Endeavor Indonesia into one of our
strongest offices today. By any metric,
Wayah, along with his team, board,
and mentors have built one of the most
vibrant communities of high-impact
entrepreneurs in the world. He has left an
incredible legacy for Endeavor Indonesia,
and his passing presents an immense
loss not just for the Endeavor Indonesia
network, but for our entire OneEndeavor
community.
We are heartbroken over the loss of our
serious-yet-always-enjoys-a-good-laugh
colleague, a most kind and thoughtful
soul — our beloved Pak Wayah. Together,
we will work to carry on the legacy he
leaves to his family, his teammates, and
to the entire Indonesian entrepreneurial
ecosystem.
