Gabriela Ruggeri Argentina DMGT International Gabriela Ruggeri is the regional adviser at DMGT International for Latin America, based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Gabriela also serves as board member in the investments done by DMGT in the region and is a board member of the Foundation Junior Achievement for Argentina. Previously, Gabriela was the Regional Managing Director for ISI Emerging Markets within Euromoney Institutional Investor. Born in Buenos Aires, Gabriela joined ISI in 1997 building the product and starting the business operation. She was then later promoted to regional product manager for Latin America based in Santiago, Chile and in 2002 to General Manager for Brazil and Argentina based in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Pablo Salazar Rojo Mexico Naranya Pablo Salazar Rojo is the Managing Director at Naranya Ventures, a new investment fund for mobile and digital solutions. Prior to joining Naranya Ventures, Pablo worked at IGNIA, McKinsey & Co., Cemex, British American Tobacco, and also started several businesses including: Latinstocks Mexico, Musitron Studios, Fresh House Deli, and Bago Baby. Pablo holds a BA in Marketing from the Tecnológico de Monterrey, where he also completed a Masters in e-Commerce. He holds an MBA from London Business School and is a Society of Kauffman Fellow member. He enjoys serving entrepreneurial companies through Endeavor. He is a board member at DocSolutions and Fagro. Heberto Taracena BlÉ Mexico InventMx Heberto Taracena Blé is the Managing Director and Founder of Capital Iventmx, capital fund for early stage internet and mobile projects. Herberto is a serial entrepreneur founding and leading multiple companies over the past 10 years including: Metroscubicos.com, which became the largest real estate portal in Mexico and was eventually sold to Time Inc. and launched Reelige o Castiga, a grassroots effort devoted to transform the Mexican political system. In 2003, Heberto was selected as one of the 20 "most promising entrepreneurs of the year" by the business magazine Expansion. In 2005, El Universal, one of Mexico's most important journals, considered him one of the "ten entrepreneurs of the future". 15
