Jean Michel EnrÍquez Mexico Creel Jean Michel is a partner with Creel, García-Cuéllar, Aiza y Enríquez, S.C., specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions, Private Equity and Capital Markets. Among other mandates, he recently advised Grupo Modelo in the company's US$20.1 billion acquisition by AnheuserBusch Inbev. To date, that transaction is the single largest acquisition in Mexico's history. Jean Michel is a long-time Mentor for Endeavor.. Since 2007, he has been ranked Tier 1 in his field by Chambers Global and Chambers Latin America. He is also ranked as a leading lawyer by Legal 500 Latin America, was named the International Who's Who of Capital Markets Lawyers and M&A. John Farrell Mexico YouTube John joined the Google team in 2004 to expand Google Search Network and Content in Asia and Latin America. Early in his tenure, he established agreements with mobile operators and developed a channel strategy to increase advertiser base. In February 2008, John became the Director of Google Mexico and is currently responsible for YouTube in Latin America. Before becoming part of Google, John worked for Televisa in Mexico as Director of Internet Services. John holds a Master in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin, and the Instituto Tecnologico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey. Arturo Galvan Mexico Naranya Arturo Galván, a serial entrepreneur, has spent his entire career establishing and cultivating the online industry in Latin America. Arturo was the CTO & VP of Business Development for the leading newspaper group in Mexico, Grupo Reforma for 16 years. In 2002, he launched Naranya, a Mobile Commerce & Marketing company focused on the Latin American markets and providing a very unique platform to distribute and monetize digital services and content in the region. He recently launched Naranya Ventures and Naranya Labs, a Startup Accelerator and Early Stage Fund working with digital economy entrepreneurs of the region. Carlos Martinez Gama Mexico Inter-American Investment Corporation (CII) Carlos has broad experience in the financial environment of small and medium enterprises. For over 10 years, he has been helping companies with the design and execution of their financial strategy. At the IIC, he is currently responsible for originating investment transactions in Mexico that foster the development of both the companies the IIC partners with and that of the region in which they operate. Prior to joining the IIC, Carlos worked in independent and global investment banks. He earned an M.B.A. from the IESE Business School in Barcelona, Spain, and holds a dual bachelor degree from the Universidad Anáhuac del Sur, Mexico City, Mexico, in Corporate Finance and in Marketing. 5
