Ezequiel Padilla Mexico Mexico Ventures Mr. Padilla is Director of Venture Capital and Early Equity Investments at Fondo de Fondos, where he leads the local investment activities of the Mexico Ventures fund. Mr. Padilla has more than 14 years of progressive leadership experience in investment banking advisory, corporate banking, strategic planning and business development. He is an expert at originating, evaluating, structuring, negotiating, executing and closing a wide variety of local and cross-border transactions, including private equity and debt investments. To date, he has successfully closed more than US$ 6 billion in business transactions. Mr. Padilla has an MBA from Columbia Business School, and is fluent in Spanish, English and Portuguese. CÉsar PÉrez BarnÉs Mexico Southern Cross Group Mr. Pérez Barnés is the Managing Director of the Southern Cross Group — one of the largest Latin American private equity funds with more than US$2.8 billion in assets under management (AUM) and offices in Buenos Aires, Santiago, Mexico City, and Sao Paulo. Prior to joining Southern Cross, Mr. Perez Barnés was a Principal with Advent International based in Mexico City. Mr. Pérez Barnés was also the Director of Investments at Netjuice Capital where he led the Kelkoo investment — later acquired by Yahoo for 475M Euros. Mr. Pérez Barnés started his career as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company. He currently serves as a member of the Endeavor Mexico advisory Board. Martin Werner Mexico Goldman Sachs Martin is co-head of Investment Banking Latin America and a member of the Latin America Operating Committee. Previously, he was head of the Mexico office. Martin joined Goldman Sachs in 2000 as a vice president and was named managing director later that year and partner in 2006. Prior to joining the firm, Martin worked in the Mexican Treasury, where he was public debt director from 1991 to 1994, general director for public credit from 1995 to 1996, and undersecretary of finance and public credit from 1997 to 1999. Martin serves as a board member of the American School Foundation in Mexico City. JosÉ Zaga Mexico Vicky Form José is the CEO of Vicky Form, the national leader in lingerie sales. José's creative direction has continued to drive Vicky Form's performance. He stayed active in Vicky Form during college, persuading his family to consider new product expansion. After graduating from the Iberoamericana University in 2003 with a degree in marketing and business administration, he went to work for Vicky Form as the Director of Marketing; soon thereafter he was promoted to Commercial Director. In these roles, José began to spearhead Vicky's expansion into clothing and cosmetics, all of which he proposed to sell through Vicky's traveling sales people. 6
