Bjorn Soderstrom Co-Founder, Mediaplanet Bjorn Soderstrom co-founded Mediaplanet, an independent publishing house, in Sweden in 2002. While at Mediaplanet he oversaw the company's expansion into the UK and eventually 11 other European markets. In 2007, Bjorn established Mediaplanet North America and as CEO he presided over the company's rapid growth into five different offices. In 2011, Bjorn founded Conversionplanet, which functions as Mediaplanet's digital arm. During Bjorn's tenure with Mediaplanet, the company expanded into 16 countries with US$80 million in annual revenue. Bjorn received a MBA from the IHM Business School. Drew Train Business Director, JWT Ethos NYC As the Business Director for the JWT Ethos practice in New York, Drew Train works with corporate, nonprofit, and public sector brands who believe they have a role in driving social change and dialogue on the big-picture issues facing society. Before joining the Ethos team, Drew worked with teamHSBC at JWT, providing strategic and executional oversight for integrated marketing programs supporting HSBC. Most recently prior to JWT, Drew worked at MRM Worldwide, a top global digital agency made up of a diverse collection of craftspeople focused on creativity, performance and technology, as an Account Director. Before MRM, Drew was an Account Supervisor at Draftcb, one of the largest global advertising agency networks. Ketan Vakil Founder, KMV Digital Ketan Vakil founded KMV Digital to help organizations create web and mobile experiences that visitors love and drive actionable insights from analytics data to optimize their digital marketing initiatives. Under Ketan's stewardship, KMV Digital has worked with startups, like weeSpring, Yodle and DesignQwest, and Fortune 500 companies, such as American Express. Ketan also worked as the Director of Digital Strategy & Innovation for American Express, where he implemented innovative methods to increase customer satisfaction including a new account management experience that was recognized as #1 in web interaction by J.D. Power. He has over ten years of experience driving digital results for brands including Visa, Chase, Cornell and Tourneau. Ketan holds an MBA from NYU's Stern School of Business and a BS in Electronic Media from Rensselaer Polytechnic.
