Speakers Chris Albert Vice President of Insights & Analytics, Havas Media Christopher Albert serves as Havas Media's Vice President of Insights & Analytics, leading the New York office's strategy for measurement and analysis. Prior to joining Havas Media, Chris led the media analytics efforts across a variety of accounts, including Caesars Entertainment, Cisco, American Express, UPS, Time Warner Cable, Glaxo Smith Kline and Monster.com while at Neo@ Ogilvy and OMD. During his tenure at both agencies he helped bring analytics to the forefront of the discussion, ensuring alignment of business goals and measurement strategies. Chris began his career as an engineer for Pitney Bowes applying statistical analysis and quantitative methods to help improve manufacturing processes. His implementation of web analytics dashboards and analyses resulted in improved online user experiences, more revenue through the online channel and a Gartner Award for Innovation for his team. He received his MBA from NYU's Stern School of Business and holds a BS in Industrial & Management Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Katie Burke Analyst & Media Relations Expert, HubSpot Katie Burke joined HubSpot in 2012 as an analyst and media relations expert. Katie began her career as a researcher for Booz Allen, and in 2004 became a director at the Glover Park Group (GPG), a communications consultancy. While at GPG, she worked on marketing and public relations for Al Gore's award-winning documentary "An Inconvenient Truth", then-Senator Hillary Clinton, New York University, and many other clients. In 2009, Katie joined Athletes' Performance, a global fitness training company, as the Director of Marketing and Corporate Partnerships. In this capacity, Katie supervised the company's corporate partnerships, including relationships with Intel Corporation, EAS and Sheraton Hotels. Katie received her MBA from MIT's Sloan School of Business. William Charnock Former Chief Strategy Officer, R/GA Until recently, William Charnock was Chief Strategy Officer at R/GA, a full-service agency for the digital age. Currently, he advises his own portfolio of clients on how to re-think systems and structures to achieve better results in the connected environment. These clients include new businesses, VCs, and large corporations looking for innovation in marketing and business transformation. William's background combines not only traditional and digital insights and planning experience, but he also has extensive expertise in managing large, multi-regional teams, and crafting innovative relationships with partners on a global scale. Previously, William was at JWT New York as Director of Strategic Innovation and Co-Head of Strategic Planning. Before joining JWT, William held director roles at FCB, NY and BBDO, NY, spearheading integration efforts at both. Earlier in his career, he was recruited from Ogilvy's London office to work as Partner, Planning Director for the IBM account in New York.
